"Pacific Lawn Sprinkler first spoke with Mr. [Member Name Removed] on 2/3/20 & we scheduled a free inspection of his irrigation system on 2/8/20. At the time of the inspection, it was determined that he needed a new timer & new valves to get the system up and running before any additional assessments could be done. Mr. agreed to the work & it was done on 3/2/20 at which time he was given another estimate to repair breaks in the lines as there were breaks in all four zones as well as replace many old heads that were not working properly. That work was completed on 3/16/20. Pacific went back on 3/25/20 and repaired a break at no charge. Mr., had called in & said there were still one area that needed water & there were two more breaks in lines that we told Mr. that we would be there on 4/4/20 however after scheduling with Mr., he called the day before the appointment & cancelled. At Pacific Sprinklers, outstanding customer service is our number one priority, we make every effort to leave our customers with a positive experience. Occasionally, there are times when due to circumstances we need to return a few times to repair older systems. We did try to reach out to Mr. [Member Name Removed] several times with no response from him. It is unfortunate that he cancelled the appointment & that he will not accept our calls to try to rectify the situation."
