I have used Family Home Services a few times and each time I was very happy with their work. They have installed new high hats throughout my house with dimmers. They took the time to show me color options that best fit what I was looking for . I would highly recommend them.

I hired them to disconnect remove and discard in landfill 1 non-functioning microwave oven which emitted toxic fumes. They disconnected and removed the mic microwave oven to closet. They refused to take it to the landfill, stating their van was too small. They started demanding $250. I negotiated $200. (still too much) for job. Later, that afternoon I paid 1 pro $100. to cart object to landfill.

They were prompt to schedule appointment. Arrived early and removed ceiling fan, installed new light fixture and changed out switch. Cleaned up and removed old fan.

The job turned out to be more complicated and time consuming than planned, but they did an excellent job, cleaned up and were very polite. The office has excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. Solve an electrical issue that a previous electrician spent 3 hours on, charged $90. and couldnâ t fix it. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

My call was answered quickly, I received same day installation and both the office staff and technician were exceptionally personable, friendly and knowledgeable. The technician troubleshot and corrected all of my Ring cameras and solar panels! Thank you Family Home Services for securing my home, I regret not calling sooner! I contacted Family Home Services on a Sunday and Stefanie called me within the hour of submitting the request. She had a fully licensed electrician at my home on Monday morning. I had them install a outlet / LED Lights with switch and a new fan. All the work was completed properly and my room was left completely clean. Would hire again.
