"Billy accommodated me last minute and did not increase the price. My house is 13 years old.  Billy performed an outstanding cleaning and the floor looks like new. I have used previous professionals that were less thorough and I have not had the same results. Some of the grout still was stained. 
Billy did such an incredible grout cleaning job that the tile and grout look shining new. He also returned today to seal the grout after letting it dry. Previous professionals sealed it without waiting for it to dry. Besides, Billy was polite, extremely professional, punctual and had a great personality. I would strongly recommend him.
