I wish I had found David sooner! He even came out on a Saturday for me. 10 stars!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!

David is one of the best workers I've ever seen. He shows up exactly when he says he will, stays for about 2.5 hours (for a 1700 square foot house), and promptly leaves. He never breaks anything, and he puts everything back where he found it (but he also moves stuff to clean around it). He once hired a few people to work for him, but after a very brief trial, found they weren't up to snuff and let them go. When I asked him why, he said only the best, most thorough, most prompt and professional people could work for him. So, now he does all the cleaning himself. He is prompt, pleasant, courteous, thorough, detail oriented, and personable. When I moved, it was a major factor to move into an area that he still would still service, if that tells you anything. He's also never missed a service in all the years he's cleaned my house. Thanks, David! You rock!

Bayshore did a great job. It was easy to get in touch with them to discuss pricing and make an appointment. David called several days ahead to confirm our date and time, and arrived when scheduled. He was very nice and professional, and did a great job with the carpets. While other companies gave me a song and dance about any problem areas (one went so far as to tell me the carpet was "ceasing to be"), David was forthright in pointing out any issues and discussing what was feasible. I am planning to have him come back to steam my tile floors and will definitely use him again the next time I need the carpets cleaned.

He is prompt, always on time. He takes about 3 hours, and leaves accordingly, very reliable. He owns the business and does the work. He is very personable and great. I have worked with him for about 6 years and I highly recommend him and his service.

Got approx. quote over telephone on Tuesday. Based on my measurement of 481 sq ft he said cost would be between $250 and $295. That seemed reasonable so I scheduled work for Thursday afternoon (two days later). He was 10 minutes early for 4PM appt. I had already cleared most of the furniture from the area, but he and I together moved the few remaining heavier items. He put paper down to protect the wood floor he needed to cross with his machines and hoses. 15 minutes to set up, then about 1hr 45 minutes of cleaning, and a few minutes to hand clean one rust-stained tile. After inspection by me, my approval, we moved furniture back. (Floor was already dry because of the nature of his machine plus A/C and fan on). Paid David his charge of $275.
Floor looks great. I'll probably repeat with him annually.

From the initial phone call and quote to cleaning up as he left, David from Bay Shore Cleaning and Restoration was professional and efficient.  When I called for a quote, he spoke with me immediately and asked great questions to determine the size and scope of the job.  He is flexible and can work with you to accommodate your schedule.  He quoted me a price of $185, and charged me $20 less than the quote.  David's communications skills are excellent.  He arrived on time, and kept in contact with me throughout the morning by confirming via text and  phone when he was on his way. David negotiated my upstairs apartment with aplomb and no complaints.  He is incredibly thorough and detailed in his work, and is willing to explain the process to you.  With my sofa he vacuumed first and then began the deep clean with high temperature steam.  He cleans every cushion and each inch with detail and precision.  My furniture smells clean and it looks great.  His equipment and solutions leave a fresh, but not overly perfumed smell. David us a professional with an incredible work ethic and great manners.  I'm so happy that I used Angie's List to find Bay Shore Cleaning and Restoration.

Update:  My neighbor stopped by to see David's work and immediately commented on the clean and fresh scent.  I shared the extra card David left for me, and highly recommended that she give him a call.

David could not have been more professional. There were issues to gain access to my condo and David was more than patient and cooperative.  His service and work quality is excellent. I would recommend Bay Shore Cleaning and Restoration to anyone needing his service.

The floors were absolutely beautiful when David finished, they looked like brand new again. I would highly recommend his services. He does great work and is dedicated to integrity. His service far exceeded my expectations.

We used Bay Shore for our rental property. After steam-cleaning, the carpet looked great and there was a fair amount of wear and tear. He was very professional, on time, very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again!

David was very professional and easy to get hold off. It was very easy to arrange for an estimate where he explained what he was going to do and why. On the day of the job, he arrived on time early in the morning as arranged.  He was a hard worker and very organized. He prep the area before starting and he left everything clean after he was done. The floor look beautiful again!

I have the company come regularly every 2 weeks and they do an amazing job. I have also had Bayshore Cleaning handle my carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning in the past. Both of which I was very pleased with.

UPDATE:

We purchase a foreclosed home last year with marble floors.  They handled our marble restoration for both interior/exterior flooring and entry way and they were very detailed.  There are now visible colors that did not exist prior to the restoration.  The corners and edges that would have been covered by the baseboards and trim were polished by hand and our floors look better than we could have ever imaged they could!

Not only was he punctual, he even followed up with me a few days later to see if I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend him and will look forward to using his other services as his business expands.

We hired this company to clean a sofa, chair and ottoman, and he did a great job. The items looked and smelled great afterwards. He used some sort of enzyme to remove pet odors and it worked well. He was also a pleasure to work with, and showed up when he said he would.

First, Bay Shore promptly returned my phone inquiry. He wanted my business and appreciated the call. We mutually agreed to work from text messages to schedule the appointment. Flexible - I needed service on a Saturday. Called me to confirm appointment; called again to confirm when he would arrive. Showed up on time. Did the job very well. Good price. Got his name and reviewed the references off Angie's list.

David did a great job. He was at the house waiting for me at the appointed time. He was professional, courteous and did a great job cleaning some pretty rough looking carpets.

David did a fine and thorough job on tile and grout that had not been cleaned for many years.  It looks lovely now.

The service is great! He does an excellent job and the pricing is reasonable. We rented a couple two homes before purchasing a home. We always used Bay Shore to clean the carpets after moving out and our rugs and couches with each move. Once we bought a home, we had him clean the tile, rugs, and couches. I have been extremely please each time we use their services. I would highly recommend!

We have been using them for about four years. They are always very prompt, very courteous, and very clean. I trust them when I am not there. I don't have to worry about like nothing that would disappear and nothing weird has ever happened. Their prices are very competitive. Actually, they are really under what most companies charge and their service is definitely superior. I am always amazed like they are able to get out of my carpets and upholstery.
