Customers say: Quality work

"These guys were very professional and were well prepared for my driveway renovation. The owner Theo supervised and when the jobs were done he made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly. This is a very good company to do business with plus I will be using them again for more concrete work."

"Great cleanup work by Christopher. Made suggestions for new plantings. Worked nonstop in 90 degree weather until job was completed. He will be returning once I'm ready to install new shrubs/bushes. Highly recommend Christopher to my friends and neighbors for any landscaping. A+ overall"

"Recommended and applied proprietary product that filled in between large paver area by pool and loggia. Secured all the pavers which had been originally installed with no filling product between pavers. Work done promptly and secured pavers plus attractive finish of product used."

"My daughter needed her yard renovated after recently purchasing their home. We contacted several companies in the hopes of getting the work done quickly. Some never returned our calls and some were too busy to do the work within our timeline. I finally contacted Patrick from Florida’s Best Lawn & Pest. He said he was available to do the work by the end of the week. I had a contract from him within the hour and he had a guy out by the afternoon to spray the old grass. As promised his crew (Zach, Oscar, Elmer, & Matt) arrived early Friday morning and got the yard prepared for the sod. The sod arrived shortly thereafter and the yard was completed by early afternoon. It looked great. I’d definitely use them again."

"Tru green is pretty good when it comes to fertilizing and killing weeds, but it also depends on the employee spraying your lawn. I've had different results with different employees some good and some bad"

Rototilling questions, answered by experts

Repair costs typically range from $200 to $1,500, depending on the issue, such as leaks, burner malfunctions, or thermostat failures. Complex repairs involving heat exchanger replacement can be more expensive.

Once installed, there are very few downsides to heated floors. Of course, there is always the potential for a breakdown in the system. That is rare, however, and most issues, if any, come from a failure with the thermostat, which is usually easy to access and replace. The downside is that heated floors are more expensive to install than other types of flooring. If you are installing in an older home, they can also raise the floor level, which can pose some issues with doors and flooring transition strips.

It can be difficult to determine the cause of a coolant leak unless you have the unit inspected by a certified professional. Most coolant leaks are caused by wear and tear on seals and joints. This typically happens five years after a unit is installed. Additionally, faulty or worn compressors, evaporator coils, and condenser coils can also cause leaks.

While it's generally safe to stay in a home with a coolant leak if your home is properly ventilated, it's important to have a professional come out to assess the situation right away. You should evacuate your home if you notice any powerful fumes. Additionally, you should leave your home if you are experiencing headaches or dizziness.

You can replace baseboard heaters with many other types of HVAC systems, including forced-air furnaces, hydronic heating, and heat pumps. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, so the best choice for you will depend on your budget, preferences, and the design of your house. If you aren’t sure which option is right for you, ask an HVAC pro for guidance.
