When I originally set up the call so I would not be home from work too long, they said they would come between 8-9am. At 9:30 when no one showed up I called & they said they had no record of an appointment. They said they would come later in the day & I did not need to be home. They said they would take video when checking everything. They called me later that day & told me what needed to be done, but there was never any video taken. Don't promise a service you're not going to deliver. The work done was great! Could the work have been done cheaper-maybe, who knows. Regardless, I am very happy with the work performed.

They showed up to mow the grass only once. Never returned again even though I had a contract with them for once a week mowing.

We are Keeping It Green LLC and, unfortunately, there are multiple companies in FL and elsewhere with similar names. Our landscape team only performs what are larger installations. In fact, we do not even own lawnmowers and have zero customers for which we perform the type of work you described. Thank you Joseph!"

They did a great job and their employees worked very hard. The only recommendation I would make would be to get the entire job quoted in writing especially if you may not understand what the type of work that I had to get done may entail if problems arose. I paid a bit more than I expected because of the damage that needed to be repaired, I did not expect that much damage and therefore was surprised a bit with the added cost. They worked with me to pay the difference over 30 days. I would hire them again but being a senior woman doing this on my own, I would ask for more to be in writing so there would be no confusion. Again, I would hire them again because of their quality of work and great employees.
