"This job was more than just 'painting'. Mike Nucci and his crew first removed very old, 'mold-ridden' wall paper (in some areas, 3 layers thick), and took down popcorn ceilings, which were throughout the apartment, even in the closets. Then they prepped the walls and ceilings, and painted the apartment throughout. Additionally, Mike and his crew worked diligently, with an eye to completing the job in a timely manner. Also, they covered the floors to protect them, and kept them covered even as they moved ladders and themselves around the apartment. When they were done, the apartment looked beautiful, and there was no 'sign' left behind to tell of there having been workmen in the unit; and Mike and his crew actually did this in two apartments, back-to-back. This was not the first job we hired Mike Nucci to do for us. Our first experience with him was four years ago. She is honest and straight-forward in her estimates and in all of her communications before the during the job.
