"I’m going to have to return to the site. I explained to [Member Name Removed] that hardened caulk could not be sanded. An untrained worker from another company before me did a terrible job caulking the door frames and baseboards when the customer was away. Excessive caulk was pressed everywhere and I explained that the only way to resolve the problem was to replace the baseboards and start over. The door frames were poorly installed and had multiple gaps that I filled in. The other company was asked to leave, left work unfinished, and left their materials behind. The poor workmanship could not be reversed through my business and I emphasized that to my customer. I was not able to manage his expectations. Upon leaving my customer stated that he was happy with the way things turned out, said I was detailed, and asked how much it would cost to paint his 3 bedroom rental. To that end, I’m surprised he would write this review. Nothing was overcharged and he knew what it was going to cost beforehand. It took 40 minutes to get checked into the building and because of the delay, the customer went downstairs to receiving to meet me. He asked if I could do this job in 4 hours and I said yes. I’m sorry I could not repair the former work. I’ll do everything I can to resolve this issue but unfortunately this review is permanent."
