The owner of the company came on time. He did a thorough job of cleaning our unit. He also found that we needed a new filter as the old one was really dirty. ( We hadn't had it replaced in 3 1/2 years.) He was honest about the type of unit we have and did not recommend that anything more than cleaning be done to it. We would definitely hire him again.

It went great, he had to make some adjustments and replace some wires, even cleaned the coils. Now it works great. Very professional and easy to interact with.
