"Florida Leak Detectors’ Technician, Manny, actually arrived about an hour before the appointment time which was not a problem for me. I was glad that he was able to fit me into his schedule on such short notice. He thoroughly explained how he would pressurize each plumbing line during his testing process. After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light. It turned out that we not only had more than one leak in the spa jet lines but there was also a leak in the spa drain. Manny did a great job of explaining how to monitor the pool to confirm that the leaking had been fixed. He gave me his card and assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could call him back. The guys from Pioneer showed up on time and waited 15 minutes for me while I was finishing up my morning errands thinking they would be late like plumbers in the past. Now my toilet and shower are draining fine after they unclogged the drain through the roof vent and all this was done in under an hour so I could still get ready for work on time. Would definitely recommend these guys for you plumbing issues. We are going to use them again to install a main line clean out.
