Positive experience started when a real person answered the phone and set up appointment. The representative, Alex, was prompt, maintained great telephone communication, provided an excellent assessment and plan for the foundation support! Alex showed us a video of the process which was very helpful. Then Alex came back a second time when a different contractor noticed a small settling issue in floor. I cannot say enough about the perfect customer service! Today Luke, Logan, and Flint promptly came in with beautiful, clean equipment and more excellent customer service! They started about 8 and were done about noon. They left the area better than it was when they arrived. The actual equipment and supports are impressive to see in person. It was a grand event! "Thomas and Like arrived on time and met with me to verify the scope of work. I showed them one additional item that I would like to be completed and they were able to do that. They met with me a couple of times during the project to show me what had been done and what limitations they were looking at based on the condition of the concrete.
