Not only did he install a new unit, he replaced all the damaged wiring to the different zones and made sure everything worked properly including adjusting the spray nozzles. "After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

Frank is a perfectionist and he performed many tasks that I would have never thought of myself (sanding multiple times before painting, accounting for slope in concrete slab prior to making cuts, etc.)  Our project had an agreed upon price for all labor with material expense charged on receipts provided with no additional markup.  Frank purchased all materials so we did not have to make trips to lumberyards, etc.  He is a very cost conscious person and as such found ways to economize that did not effect the end product.  The work area was totally cleaned at the end of the work day.  At the end of our project we hired Frank to perform some misc. other handyman tasks (garage lights installed, wiring for lighting and receptacles in garage attic, bathroom light/fan installation, closet lighting).  Frank's professionalism, trade knowledge and honesty were evident throughout our interactions with him.  We will use Frank again on other project ideas we have for the future.  We have already referred Frank to friends and neighbors.
