"There sales-rep knew his business; however, the description of what is being installed left some minor questions during the actual install. The wife was disappointed in having a filter under the kitchen sink, even though it was agreed upon. and the outside tanks were not buried as deep as was described during the sales pitch. However, we are completely happen with the results of our full-house water filtering/soften system."
