RSA was willing to take on our small job that would still require large equipment on site; it helped that we were willing to be flexible about scheduling. 3. Their requested down payment was reasonable - about 20%. 4. Within a few days of that payment, we had a scheduled date. That date did have to be moved once (due to weather and a larger prior job requiring more time than anticipated). However, the 2nd date held firm; and the crew showed up right on time. 5. The crew all were polite, friendly, exceedingly competent and hard working. 6. They completed the work as promised. Results look great!"
