"The grout color sealing job did not last two months. The grout stains are returning and continuing to worsen over time. I paid $700 for this job. I called to file a warranty claim and their response was they will come out when they in the area which apparently is not very often. How interesting as they were out the next day for the initial job. Why should customers have to wait months to get the problem remedied? Constant calls result in we will get to you. Stay away from this company!"

From the quote to picking out a replacement options, through install. Chuck was very easy to work with. The installers were here for two days to do the job and were quick and friendly. "TLDR: Keep to small jobs. I was looking to remodel bathroom for labor only, & HC came in as the lowest bidder. I had already bought fixtures & would buy tile. HC gave me a list of what else to buy. The first worker was messily doing questionable quality work & taking longer than estimated to do it. It took another worker refusing to put their name on it for HC to take my concerns about quality seriously. Got a new person in who demoed everything to start over. I truly appreciate the effort of this redo (hence 2-star), & it was going much better, if with some cosmetic concerns later on. Then got hit with a change order- for an understandable found issue, but also for tile style (I was told wouldn't change cost). I also had to buy more than was HC's initial list, & had descoped to help offset cost. I'm left with an over-budget bathroom that is functional with rushed cosmetic issues, 3 weeks late with my house a mess, & a list of To-Dos to finish/fix the scope they didn't get to."

"I decided it was time to re-do my old, outdated, ugly master bathroom. I initially thought I would try to save money and hire a DIY/one-man fixer upper, but soon realized that was taking up too much of my time and I could never find anyone dependable. I did some research and found S&W Kitchens (Longwood showroom). I liked that they were family owned and had been around for a long time. My first encounter was with Amy who would be my design lead. Our first meeting was to talk about the whole process of what and how working with S&W Kitchens would entail. She was very thorough and made things very easy to understand. Once we got through that stage, meetings were set up discuss my vision of what the bathroom would look like. I did have several photos and a concept of what I was wanting to do which did help in that process, as well as helpful suggestions from Amy. Once everything was decided, Amy did a fantastic job in every aspect of putting together the materials that were needed to begin the job and following through to completion. My next point of contact was with Adam who was the construction supervisor. He arranged and scheduled the various trade subcontractors and always kept in touch with me on who would be showing up and when. If I had any issues during the renovation Adam was there to answer any questions, fix any problems, and make sure I was pleased with how things were going.
