Upon the recommendation of our realtor, we contacted Southern Charm Floors and More for an estimate on installing luxury vinyl planks throughout our 2-story house including stairs. Fred, the owner, came out the next day, brought samples, and measured every room. The very next day Fred called with what we considered a very reasonable cost to do the work. We accepted the estimate and that very same week the installer showed up to begin the work. Toilets were removed and reinstalled, furniture moved, and quarter-round molding resulted in a very clean and impressive look. To say we are overwhelmed by not only how great the product looked, but by the professionalism and skill of the installer would be an understatement. I had the “wood” tile floors along with stone installed around the fire place. It turned out perfect It was very great and painless experience from start to completion. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are reasonably/competitively priced and will not over sell/market you. They also did a great job keeping me updated through the life of the project. Highly recommend.
