Majestic Marble and Granite

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable of the different types of Granite and what would be best for me. One thing I would really recommend for a custom is that have all of your questions wrote down so you do not forget to ask for there advice. I would recommend anyone looking for granite or marble to stop by here first and see what they can do for you.

From start to finish, Majestic has been the epitome of professionalism and wonderful customer service. The granite is beautiful and was cut correctly. I purchased the stainless steel double sink they offered (for an additional $100), and am astounded as to how deep and nice it is. Comparable sinks at Home Depot are running over $250. As far as price, they were within 5% of other companies from whom I requested quotes. Emails to Erica were answered quickly and professionally. Both the person who measured the countertops and the two gentlemen who installed it were prompt and professional. I chose Majestic mainly because of the high ratings on Angie's List, and they did not disappoint. Thank you, I love it.

Great! They were extremely helpful and to help save cost they suggested me picking from their remnants. They have a big selection of remnants to choose from since they do so much work in Central Florida. I went by their twice, once on a Monday and again on that Friday and found the exact piece of quartz I was looking for. They did an outstanding job, I will definitely use again for my master bath and kitchen remodel. The female working in the office was so helpful! Job was done on time and the guy who came to measure for the template and the two guys that installed were very professional and nice. I would definitely recommend them!!

Awesome staff. The only slab provider where a purchaser can direct-purchase slabs on aite. Other slab providers will not sell directly to the consumer. Majestic is the way to go. Pricing on site, without dealing with a fabricator for back-and-forth pricing. No middle man or time delays. Great selection of full- and half-slabs.

Having someone drill a hole in your existing granite is scary. If something went wrong, all the granite in the entire kitchen was at risk.  Majestic Marble and Granite quoted a price, came out when promised and did the job efficiently.  It may sound like a high price to pay, but this requires a very special skill and equipment.

.The two gentlemen arrived on time.  Though the sink removal/replacement was somewhat challenging because of space issues, the job was completed in a timely manner.  They had to remove a section of an interior kitchen cabinet for a perfect fit.  Both were professional, meticulously careful with our property and cleaned up after themselves.   Our granite top was not damaged in any way.  Impressive and we would definitely recommend them.

We needed a hold drilled in the granite for a reverse osmosis install by another vendor.  They scheduled it, came when they said and charged what they said.  This was a small job that many companies just wouldn't do.  I appreciated the great customer service.  Erica handled the call and did a great job.

We visited their show room, they were very helpful, they gave us our options and we found a relevant piece of marble that was perfect. They sent out a man to do the measuring, they returned with the marble piece and installed it. They cut holes in to fit the sink and everything is great. They were punctual and overall it came out really nice.

The staff at Majestic Marble and Granite were very professional from start to finish. Joanne was wonderful to work with as she helped us make our selections of the stone to the edge profile and sink. Scott the owner actually came to our home and measured the kitchen for the new top and explained to us the process from seam selection to how the install would proceed.
The selection of the stone was very easy at the Granite yard Stone Warehouse of Tampa. The really nice part was that when we arrived they knew exactly what price level we were in and how many slabs we needed, when I asked how they knew they said that Joanne had called and told them to expect us. What a wonderful feeling to know we were appreciated and the process of selection was made so easy for us.
The installation went wonderfully well, the crew of young men who came Dave and Jan were so professional and made the whole process look easy. They worked quickly and made very little mess. They cleaned up the kitchen after they were done and the garage were they had to make some cuts. The kitchen is Stunning and I will definitely refer Majestic Marble and Granite to my friends. I think I will do my bathrooms next. I highly recommend Majestic Marble and Granite.

1) When I returned home and inspected the work I found that the installers, using a black grease pencil/china marker, had marked lines directly on the porous tile grout. Worse, along one wall, the grease markings were sealed behind their silicone sealer. I contacted Majestic Marble and we agreed that they could fix the problem when they cane out to install the countertops.
2) Majestic Marble's countertop installers had been working a while when I looked in on them. I saw a foot-and-a-half of one door trim gouged and scraped where the junior member of the crew was manhandling the countertop. Upset, I asked what they were thinking!?! They both said the door trim was preventing them from getting the countertop installed. I told them,
and quot;SO REMOVE THE DOOR TRIM!and quot;
The senior member, with great care loosened the least damaged door trim so that it could be bent out of the way. Then he asked me to hold it back for them. The countertop when in easily. The trim was put back with a couple more new finishing nails.
I asked the senior member about the damage to the custom stained door trims. Paraphrasing, he said that they usually encounter white door trim and so they are just painted over. [This implies that they routinely damage door trim?] Continuing, he said I should remove all [6] trim pieces, sand them and re-stain them so they all match in that bathroom.
I contacted Majestic Marble to have them repair the damage they caused. It's been six weeks and they never contacted me back
Recycled glass manufacturer Marcraft had recommended Majestic Marble for installation of their wall panels and counter tops. After the grease marker problem and then door trim damage, Majestic Marble's crew is not the professional installers I was expecting for recommended distributor/installer.

Majestic charged more than $20 a sq ft we were quoted, but they had the granite so we didn't have much choice. They also demanded half up front, which I was very uneasy doing in this economy. We compromised by giving them a credit card as a back up. It was then several weeks until they finished the granite, but they did a great job and the bathrooms look fantastic. I am happy with the work, but dealing with them was like dealing with a union.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY WERE REALLY GOOD. WE WERE REALLY PLEASED WITH IT. IT TOOK ABOUT THREE OR FOUR WEEKS TO FINISH THE WORK. THE PEOPLE WERE NICE, HELPFUL AND ALWAYS ON TIME. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
