Initial sales process was very pleasant. Installation process was ok. In one of the countertops the whole wasn't done correctly so they had to redo it and come back. The problems started after about 6 months. Kitchen countertop has three seams. Two of the seams fell apart. One of the seams was put on top of the dishwasher (that shouldn't be done because of the heat and vibration). Stones were not leveled out. Countertop was only attached to the cabinets in the front. That causes the stone to slightly shift and once again break the seams. I called the owner. He came out. Instead of evaluating the problems he just shlepped more products into two seams and left. In 6 months the seams, of course, fell apart again because there was a structural problem with the installation. I had to invite a third party to evaluate why the problem kept happening. Called the owner again. He wasn't happy. Refused to come out at first. Than, eventually scheduled the date 2 months later. He came in. Refused to discuss the problem. He was only willing to put a metal bar under the dishwasher because he determined that was the problem over the phone. Refused to even look at the second seam. Said that it's not his problem. The house is out of warranty (by two months) and he is not fixing anything else. (As if a countertop seam suppose to last only a year). Refused to discuss possible solutions to fix the problem. And eventually walked out refusing to do anything at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Certainly wouldn't recommend this business.

This was a small simple job but it went very well, and at a good price. My only complaint was it took me about 3 weeks of calling their office before I could finally get something scheduled. They were always going to check with someone else and call me back, but I never got the calls back until my 5th or 6th attempt. But in fairness this was a small cheap job and understandably not their top priority. Other than that, the owner who came out to do the work himself was great, had it done in 10 minutes, and gave me a good price for the work. I'd use them again for bigger jobs

I used insignia because they were local and had good reviews on Angies List. The process was simple for replacing our outdated laminate countertops with quartz stone tops. We went to showroom, picked our counters and ordered. Unfortunately, the supplier for the stone was late getting the order to Insignia, but once arrived, they prioritized my order and installed the next day. The counters look great and am happy with the results. They were puntual, fair priced and a pleasure to work with.

It went fantastic. I'm very happy. He came when he told me he was going to come and measure the countertops. We delivered the drop in sink to his company and he was here when promised to put the countertops in. They were really nice and polite. I have no complaints. The workmanship was neat. The product was what as they described. It fit perfectly into our kitchen. They were respectful of our home. They have competitive and fair prices. They're good people and they were good to work with.

My first phone call with Lara was indicative of the rest of the experience...she was great and genuinely excited about helping with our kitchen. She was always very prompt and when we went out to pick the granite out, she was wonderful! We went to 3 different places and as we looked, she provided her opinion as to color and quality of the various stones. She was very patient when we kept waffling back and forth and helped as much as she possibly could. We ended up tagging our granite at the last place we went and in the last row of granite!
We stopped by the showroom once in between as they were having a sale of one of the corner choices which is the one we went with.
From there, we needed to get the cabinets in order and installed. Once we were done, the countertops were measured by Mike and the countertops cut within 1 week. We asked to be called when they were taped out on the slabs, which we were and approved it at that time. They could not have cut these nicer, the entire kitchen flows as though the stone was one (which it sort of is but it is the way in which they cut it).
The installation was flawless...the kitchen looks absolutely beautiful and they gave us very specific instructions as to the exact stone we purchased as it is a more porous stone.
All in all, a great experience. Lara checked back with us once installation was complete, they provided us a few companies to shop for backsplash, one of which we used and we sent the finished photos to Lara.
A phenomenal experience from start to finish.

Insignia came out and removed the old countertops and installed new countertops and sinks. They recommended a plumber and he came and installed the sinks within an hour of the granire being completed. I then had them install a glass and stone backsplash. All work was done professionally and on time. When Insignia said that they would be here at a certain time, they were here. I would not use anyother Company. When I have my bathrooms done, I will call Insignia.

Price included sink, 15 yr. sealer and removal and disposal of old countertops. Salesperson Trish was great to work with, showed us different countertop options, explained how everything would be scheduled, and they'll go up to granite warehouses with you (if that's what you want). We found a granite that we liked at a different store. Insignia's supplier had the granite color in stock and Insignia beat the proposal we got from that company. Rep was on-time for template measure and very personable, answered all our questions. The installation went very smoothly. Took less than 2 hours total. Installers were very professional and efficient. Make sure to cover your floor with cardboard (taped together) in case pieces of old countertop or tools fall during the removal or install.

This past summer lead us down the path of remodeling our master and guest bathrooms, bringing them out of the late 1970's to a more updated look. Insignia Stone was recommended to us, as we were considering granite tops for the vanities. We met with Trish, who was very professional, personable and friendly. Having made our decision on bathroom color choices, she helped us pick a granite piece, which ultimately brought a 'richness' to the bathrooms. The quality of their work is excellent. The finishing of the granite tops and installation were very precise. The entire staff at Insignia ... from sales to installation ... come HIGHLY recommended by us.
