The salesman Pedro promised us one thing and then the project manager wanted to put a seam in the kitchen quartz countertop. Pedro even wrote no seam in the countertop. Thay also wanted more money because Pedro didn't charge us for the new sink properly. I also had to put in the new faucets in the bathroom since they didn't send a plumber out and wouldn't return my calls. Do not use this company!

Justin answered all our questions with expert advice. The laser measurement was done correctly with consideration for our requests. William and Christian installed all 7 countertops with care and attention to detail. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommended their services.

The team at IGS was wonderful and took excellent care of us and our kitchen counter project. From helping us select the perfect quartz and backsplash, completing the construction on the newly lowered high counter, to installing all of the new parts, we couldn't be more pleased with how smoothly the process flowed and the gorgeous outcome. Seriously, talk to Nate about honed quartz and you will be thrilled to pieces with how beautiful your new kitchen will look!

There is a three day window to cancel on day two I told project manager to "hold off on everything, don't do anything", I have the emails to prove it. She started paperwork anyway, I was charged $300 for one piece of paper with a list of what the job will entail, NO WORK was done. I don't even have the counter measurements, just the piece of paper and was charged $300. It was a struggle over two months to finally get the rest of my money back.

International Granite & Stone is the most unscrupulous group of 'people' that I have ever encountered. Nothing promised during the pitch was delivered. The thickness of the countertops is significantly different, and I was told that what I was shown during the pitch is enhanced and never available. I was promised a continued flow of the countertops up the backsplash wall. I was delivered pieces that clearly show a break. No continuity of the material from countertop to backsplash. I suppose that was just something salespeople say, as well. When I complained to the thug they call a project manager, she dismissed me, rudely. When the quality manager called me, he said that he'd send me a $100 gift card because he would be upset too if "...I ordered my steak and it came to me well done...". He also topped that off with a threat of a lien. Customer care is absent and the apparent culture of the company is deceitfulness.

IGS did an incredible job upfront with their salesman and the presentation. We loved how family oriented they were as a small business. We chose IGS based on the quality of their services and products. We got Cambria Quartz for both our kitchen and bathrooms and I'm extremely happy with the outcome. Everything looks beautiful without any obvious seaming between different pieces. Great company with some great individuals all the way around. A+++

Hired for a large project - multiple countertops and a kitchen backsplash. Fabulous at the beginning - sales rep was nice, punctual, easy to get ahold of, accommodated our schedule. All went downhill after signing the contract. Also financed with them! Then it was difficult to reach them by phone - we played phone tag over 2 days then they said “we couldn’t get ahold of you” multiple times to me as if it was my fault. Only able to work on weekdays and needed 3 days to complete the work so required 3 days of leave from my work. Horribly inconvenient! Only use them if you’re working from home already or have a lot of leave days to burn through! Project coordinator had an attitude whenever you asked for anything remotely close to being convenient. We were also getting cabinets redone by another company and I asked them if they could demo the countertops first but was told that is “inefficient” and demo and install is all in one day. I then was asked to schedule a full day of demo followed by two other days of install so the process was not explained well from the beginning. Overall, we overpaid thinking we were getting good service but we didn’t - wish we had gone with a different company.... Paid $26k for horrible service!

The quartz was no supposed to be stain free and be non porous, but it is terrible. Everything stains it and it chips easily. DO NOT BUY QUARTZ! Tumeric stains it. Chicken blood stains it, coffee, too. It's a mess. We've called repeatly and they say someone will call but they never do. They terminated a chat session on line with me when I asked for help that way. My husband's building company has used them so I chose them, but the service is unresponsive. I tried to put up photos by the program just froze.

So we had a large kitchen renovation and wanted Cambria Skara Brea Quartz tops. We have wraparound counters with a center island. It took 2 slabs. We got a few prices from other recommended companies as well. They all ended up being comparably priced. IGS appeared to have the best communication skills (return calls quickly and answered our questions thoroughly) so we went with them. There were three items that impressed us at the end of our experience. 1) Our salesman was Primo (I think he’s their only salesman). While he might have sold used cars in his past (that was a joke) he did talk a good talk. What impressed me the most is everything he promised was delivered. There was no “nickel and diming ”. What he quoted us is what we paid. 2) Communication was very good. Scheduling them to template our cabinets and later to install the tops was very good. Whether by email or phone call, they were very good at keeping us updated and coordinating with us. 3) Quality of the work was excellent. While the three individuals that installed our tops might have struggled with the English language, they certainly knew what they were doing with regards to installing the quartz tops. They turned out beautifully and the guys were very professional. All in all it was a very positive experience. We knew that we were going to love our new tops but the finished product exceeded our expectations. I would have no problem recommending IGS to family and friends.

We were referred to International Granite and Stone through COSTCO for Cambria countertops. A rather high-pressure salesman came to the house and after his presentation, really wouldn’t take no for an answer to allow us to consider his offer overnight. He kept shaving off dollars from the price and deleting services to lower the price, do your own plumbing? $800 off, touch up the walls and repaint? $150 off....and if we paid in full, TODAY, we could get another $200 off. Hard sell. The timeline for install went as planned. I was told for 4 countertops; 4 hrs. Because of lack of planning, lack of proper tool / equipment and training and improper measurements, there were at least 4 occasions where this job would not have been completed without my intervention. And it took 10 hours. Then the problems started. 1. Shutoff valves under 2 sinks failed requiring the house water to be shut off. If I didn’t replace them, we’d have no water. The non-English speaking installers were not able. I did. 2. The installers came to me in their “English” that our vanities were mismeasured and the sinks wouldn’t fit unless they cut the vanities inside. Sure. Later they came back and asked to borrow some of my tools because theirs weren’t working. Sure 3. Again, a problem. A slab of granite wouldn’t fit because and outlet and switch on one wall was blocking its placement. I cut the power and removed the outlet and switch. Poor planning. 4. Again… Can you help us and hold the granite while we place it? We don’t want it to break? Seriously? Sure. So, 4 times., 4 times. The installers ultimately did a good job, but at what price? Then things get ugly The water in the house is off. Around 420pm I wander around to check on progress and opened the bathroom door. One of the installers is clearly finishing pooping… I close the door and shout out apologies! This isn’t good, the water is off! I go turn on the water to the house, knowing that the shutoff valves have been changes by me and there were no reports of other issues, not that the installers could speak English! I went back to check on things 15 or so minutes later. There was a river of water running through our bathroom and bedroom over hardwood floors!!! I turned off the water at the main again and called for help. It turned out that they broke a pipe behind one of the vanities they were working on when the removed the old sink. We called the company to send help but nothing. I finally convinced the production supervisor to come and survey the damage. I got pushback that it was after hours and no plumber was available. He got a plumber to come at 630pm. He didn't lift a finger to help his guys. They brought wrong parts and had to come back the next day. the next afternoon when they agreed to send a water remediation company to fix things. I left work to meet this guy and he recommended blowers and dehumidifiers for all the water in the walls and flooring. He finally left in disgust when the company could not authorize the work. I spoke with Mike, the VP who said he could not authorize the work and that he couldn’t get past the fact that I turned on the water without telling his guys. This company wants to take no responsibility for this. I turned on the water, yes. They broke the pipe. I didn’t. In thinking about it later, the installers were working grinding and cutting the quartz and granite with no eye, hearing or breathing protection. Being clearly immigrant, I suppose that they are afraid to complain. I can imagine what their lungs are like? We contracted with the water remediation company for cleanup at my cost ($750). I heard nothing from IGS until 3 days later when I sent a detailed letter of the events to Mike the VP, warning him that if things were not resolved that reports would be sent to not only as many review sites as I could find I initially wanted a cleanup and fix the damage. And they ignored me. Would you do business with a company that turned their backs on you?

Let me start with the positive, the granite is beautiful... but... you can get the granite anywhere. It is the workmanship that makes the difference. I do not believe there were any issues with the cutting of the granite, but the SUB par installation takes away from that. There were 2 occasions where my gut said find another dealer. The first was when they pressured us to sign the first day or we would not be eligible for the discount we were offered at the home show. The second was when they said they could not deliver the 16x20 cutting board we ordered because of liability issues???? What liability? I am paying for it. Now to the issues. We had antique brown granite. Looks almost black. When my husband showed me the completed bathroom, I was aghast. They used white caulk? Before they could caulk the kitchen, I stopped them. They told me they only install while or clear caulk. They cannot be bothered with carrying matching caulk. I immediately called the salesman and the home office. Was told by both individuals they should be using black and they would take care of it. Since we did not hear back before the installer was finished, we went ahead and paid them with check since they do not accept credit cards. They cashed the check immediately. Followed up with them the next day and all I have received is radio silence. The join at the sink also looks like crap. Appears as if the installer ground it down and chipped the surface. Obvious seam. And then the damage to molding and wall where they removed the countertop... too bad.. so sad... not their problem. Per the installer it is to be expected. I know how a granite install should go. We had granite installed last year in Orlando. There were a few issues, but the business took care of them immediately. The owner even made a visit to our home to make sure the job was finished correctly. Please save yourself the trouble and find a dealer who takes pride in the installation. And if you are looking for granite in Orlando, go to Winter Park Granite. They were a LOT cheaper than this company and the care they took in the installation is something this company could learn from.

Master Bath: The installers were good, professional and cleaned up after the install. They did have to come back to fix a couple of small things, but they were quick to return and fixed everything beautifully and with a smile. $2000. Kitchen & Guest Bath: Very professional installers. They were fast, very careful and took extra time to make sure we did not lose any of our backsplash tile that was already up (put in 20 years ago and we could not replace/match any of that tile, so this was very important). And cleaned up when they left. Approx. $5,000 including a farmhouse sink and new kitchen faucet. The two different men who did the templates for all three jobs were excellent, took their time to make sure it was right and discussed the cuts with me to make sure it was what I wanted. Anthony Williams took personal care on all aspects of both projects; from estimating, ordering and scheduling. He did an excellent job and we would definitely recommend IGS and Anthony to any of our friends.

Positive: The Installers were great, thorough, professtional and would recommend the job done. My counter looks Great Sales--Pedro does coomunicate Negative I could not recommend this company Communication is terrible (internal and external). I did finally wrote a letter to the owner and was told I would receive a phone call from the VP....NEVER happened. Made several calls, left messages with service....No return. I went in 3-4 weeks prior Thanksgiving. Asked if it would be in prior to Thanksgiving....Answer Yes...Finally put in two weeks after Thanksgiving.Reasons were given that I did not buy...but hey that is business. I know my sales person never looked and the final drawings as they cut two backroom tops, not one when the person doing the measuring only put down the one I have a friend who got a quote ($8,000.00) however has decided to go elsewhere due to communications. I know of a company that uses them extensively and they have communicated they are look at alternatives. I am sorry to give such a review....but my suggestion....look at alternatives

The project went exceptionally well. The stone was fitted perfectly to our bulging and uneven walls. I'm not sure how they do this, but the work performed was absolutely outstanding. The waiting time was not not long especially considering that the quality of the work and the stone was outstanding, yet the cost was reasonable. The gentleman who came to our home to measure and install the countertops were professional and courteous. I would recommend IGS without hesitation or reservation.

On 07-22-2015, We
entered into a written contract.
We were to receive two
slabs of Diana Real Marble.
 64-SF Template, fabrication, and installation,
which included a standard edge.
1-Undermount cut out
1-Cooktop cut out
When we came to your place
of business we were just looking to see our options. We spoke with Pedro Moreno
and Charlie. We brought samples of both our cabinet doors and marble floor tiles.
We were looking for Granite Counter tops. Charlie showed us the slabs you had
in stock and the showed us a marble slab. The slab matched our samples that we
brought in. We questioned him as to the durability and longevity of the marble.
Charlie assured us that although we were looking for Granite that the marble
was just as durable and that they would seal the countertop and give us a 10-year
warranty.
We were told directly by
Charlie that in order to ensure that we were able to get the slabs, we needed
to purchase them immediately. We were not prepared to make this purchase
immediately, but did not want to lose the slabs.
We were given a sample
cut directly from the slabs that we purchased. WE have that sample in our possession.
This sample matched our cabinets and marble floors.
Upon installation we
noticed that the countertop was not the same color as the slabs we had
purchased. We were assured by the installers that it was. We later returned to
the house with the sample and we were correct. The sample did not match the
countertop. While the installers were installing the countertops, we noticed a
large crack in the marble. They set the sink on the countertop and chipped the
counter. The seams were rough and not acceptable. We let the installers know we
had numerous scratches, cracks and unacceptable seams. All of this in a
countertop that was durable and sealed and not the color that we had
purchased. We have documentation from other countertop companies that the
counter was not sealed properly.
We have contacted
numerous employees of your company. We have placed several calls and have exchanged
several e-mails. Nate came out to the house and assured us that he would send
someone on to address the countertop. As always we did not hear back from him.
Despite our documentation, E-mails, Phone calls and a piece of the slab that we
purchased, your companies lack of communication and your company?s
unwillingness to resolve the situation has left us no other alternative. We
have contacted our Attorney and we are going to file a small claims case.
We
will be filing a lawsuit for multiple issues, the main issue being that it is
not the slab we purchased. We will be seeking liability in the amount of $5000,
to have the countertops removed and new ones installed.

I decided to use International Granite and Stone because the salesman quoted on the phone that they would be able to install the following week. Which happened to be 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. That did not happen.  The only thing that went rather smoothly was measuring.  I went to pick out the "slab" at the warehouse. The lady was kind and very knowledgable, but the granite I was looking for was piled together. So I was only able to agree on the "lot" style and color. I paid in full over the phone with the salesman who emailed that I would be getting a layout on Monday. One week later I finally got an email that I needed to sign a contract.  One more week and it would be installed on Wednesday before Thanksgiving! I was not happy. They were able to install on the Monday before Thanksgiving, but half of the granite on my island was not right. So they had to get a new slab measured and cut by the next day. The price was fair and comparable to others I had priced. I would have used another company if I new the time frame was going to be a week later than expected.  Although it is rather beautiful, I just wish they would have kept their word on timeframe.

I went to their warehouse and met with Tim Townsend from their sales team.  I told him what I wanted and he took me out to their warehouse to show me some marble slabs they had available.  He spent a lot of time with me until I found the exact piece I wanted.  There were other customers waiting, but he did not rush me or make me feel pressured in any way.  I was able to find the perfect marble piece and very excited.
I gave him the measurements of my bathroom counter top but he still scheduled a technician to come to my home for measurements.  They used a high tech laser measuring device and were in and out within 15 minutes.  Within a week the counter top was ready to install, the technicians arrived on time, were very professional and had my beautiful counter top installed within an hour.  I was extremely impressed with the level of quality and service because my order was very small in comparison to their typical orders, yet they treated just like they would a customer who spent thousands of dollars.
A few weeks later I noticed a small pit in the marble, I called up Tim from the sales team and he immediately scheduled a technician to come out and repair it at no charge, no questions asked.  The technician was out to my house within two business days.
Very professional, great quality and excellent customer service.  I will definitely use International Granite & Stone again in the future and recommend them to everyone.

Let me first start off by saying my name is Brian Henriquez not Sharon.
What a horrible experience! Being in the construction trade myself and knowing how bad these reviews can hurt a company, I tried every possible way I could think of to let them correct the issues before posting this review. Having said that, let me go into detail on how bad this experience was.
The consultation with estimator went fine. He gave us a price which we accepted and after that it all went down hill. They sent us to a place in Tampa off of Hillsborough to pick out our granite. Having chosen the price for a level 1 granite we searched but could not find one that we liked. We then found a level 3 on clearance that was perfect and it was marked at the level one price. Once we sent them the granite, International Granite and Stone (IGS) told me that it didn't matter that it was on Clearance and that there is still an upcharge. I don't remember the exact amount but I want to say it was in the $500 range.
OK, I agreed and then paid half of the total install price before they even lifted a finger. I was told I would have to pay the remainder before they cut the granite. So, here we are having paid 100% of the contract price before the granite is even installed. In my business I would be laughed at if I approached business that way but I put it on my CC with the mindset that I could just cancel it on the card if things didn't pan out.
We were told 2 weeks to cut it and to install it. 3 weeks goes by, no call. 4 weeks goes by, no call. Ok, now its time to call them. They use an offsite answering service so you never get a hold of anyone you want to speak to when you call. The service leaves the intended recipient a message and then they call you back. Not sure if its the answering service or the staff but no one ever calls back. After 5 or 6 attempts we received a call and proceeded to schedule a couple of days before Easter which we were hosting at our house. They make it very clear in their contract that YOU must remove all the appliances because they are not responsible for damaging them. So I did that before they were scheduled to arrive. On the day of the scheduled install 9am rolls around, no sign of the installers, 10am no installers, 11 am still no installers. They WILL NOT GIVE YOU EVEN AN ETA but after 11 I had my wife start calling. OH, HERES THE BEST PART, THE MAIN REASON I CHOSE THEM WAS BECAUSE THEY ARE LOCATED 500 YARDS FROM MY HOUSE. Here we go with the answering service again. 3 calls to them with no call back until 3pm. When they finally called back they then said they were not coming on that day. My wife is not happy having wasted her day waiting for them only so they could insult her by saying "You should have called us and we would have told you that earlier." Now she is fuming having known that she called 3 times during the day waiting for a phone call. That day is now wasted, we'll try the install on another day. But first, let me re-install all the appliances so we can make it through the holiday weekend.
Here comes Sunday evening and they are scheduled to install the next day. Let me remove the appliances again.
They finally show up on that Monday. The installers were good - i'll give them that. When talking to the installers about the administration he agrees with me that they are not worth a darn and he gets complaints all the time. HA! They get half don't that day and because the cuts are wrong he has to come back and finish the following day. What's another day right? The installer finishes the job but has to make a few more splices because the cuts were off. He tells the VP to call me because I'm very upset and that I should be given a discount because of the extra splices.
A week goes by and I finally hear from the VP. After a lengthy conversation and me saying i'm not looking for a discount and him saying, " Is there anything I could do?",  I finally figured a way he could help. I told him I didn't want anything for free but we do need knobs for our cabinets and since they have a cabinet division maybe he could give me a break on the knobs and handles. Again, I do not want it for free. He agreed and once again my wife went back into their store to pick out knobs this time.
The VP gave us a price via email which I responded "approved" the same day.
2 weeks go by and I hear nothing so I send an email because now I can respond to an email address since the phone calling does not work. No reply, 3 weeks goes by and now we're calling again but about the knobs this time. Never got a call after no less than 3 calls. I send one last email to the VP stating that the problems are back again and now he is part of it. That was a week ago.
I STILL HAVE HEARD NOTHING AND DON'T INTEND TO. WE ARE GETTING ARE KNOBS AND HANDLES SOMEWHERE ELSE. IF YOU WANT THE SAME PROBLEMS, GO AHEAD AND USE THEM.
