Bayron Acosta is hardworking and conscientious but an artisan. He matched up all the grains of the granite so it was like a seamless flow of the grains. It was done in a timely manner and within my budget. The work team was the most personable people.

We bought an undermount kitchen sink to replace replace our existing undermoutn sink. Byron installed it the day we reached out to him for a quote. The install was quick and he did great work, even handled the associated plumbing. I'm calling him again for any of my countertop repair, cleaning, and modification needs.

Byron, the owner was very professional and courteous at the beginning but then his disposition changed to rude and unacomodating..At the last minute appointments would be cancelled and he would tell me when he’s coming back not what was good for me.. On top of the communication issues, the final installation included installation of the kitchen faucet which he started but claimed to need parts and then just put back the old faucet and stormed out of my home aggressively expecting to be paid ASAP.. Because he was rushing it threw me off and did not realize till he left I had not been given an invoice and when I got it I noticed the money charged for the faucet seemed to be included and not removed.. I called Byron who insisted he had to charge me for his time disassembling the faucet.. Really? At that point he showed how petty and unprofessional he is telling me how “ I sure would understand”. No no no!! Just not right! He did a a fantastic job on the installation but gets an F for customer service..

Bayron removed a small acrylic undermount sink, enlarged the hole in the existing granite top and installed a much larger stainless steel top mount sink. The job went quick, clean up was good, and the new sink looks great! We are thrilled! I would not hesitate to hire him for any granite work!
