"I had a piece of a futon that was broken completely in two pieces. Some of the splintered pieces were even missing. I went in expecting they would fabricate a similar piece for me, not even caring that it wouldn't look the same. I was shocked that the owner said he could fix the piece and that it would look the same and be strong. I was even MORE shocked when I picked it up and you couldn't even tell where it was previously broken. The futon was about $900 so paying $80 to fix this weight bearing piece was a great deal for me. 
Would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
