"Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity. "I hired Rick and his crew to remodel a bathroom, reconfigure a closet to accommodate a one- piece washer and dryer combination to replace an old combination unit and sheetrock holes from vents from an HVAC system that had been updated to mini splits. As you can imagine, when opening up walls in an older building, there were issues. I was always kept abreast of those issues, informed of what COULD be done and given their suggestions of how to rectify the problem so I could make informed decisions. I was kept in constant contact in person or by phone or text. I was really surprised and pleased at how clean they left the job inside and out. The end result is beyond my expectations. I will definitly call them for my next project. I love the fact that I now have laundry facilities at home and much needed storage in a small bathroom."
