"I called primarily because we had'nt used the insert in a few years and had gotten a wasp's nest in the chimney which was removed when we had the roof redone.  I wanted to find out if a screen could be put on top to stop wasps from getting in.  After being told they had had a 1 and 1/2 hour drive to get to me they could'nt do anything  but put on a new cap for 400 to 500 dollars which would make it worth their while for the trip.  They did'nt do a cleaning and were here for about 20 minutes.  It was a special they were running for a cleaning and inspection.

"I called Mr. Solis to see if he would and could remove a large wall mirror. He said he could and would be by at 4:00 the next day and look at the job. He arrived on time and looked over the job, quoted me a price. I agreed to the price and he said that he would be back at the same time the next day. He arrived on time the next day and took down the mirror. He protected my tile floor,cleaned up after he was done, and spent extra time at my house waiting for the layers of patch to dry before putting on the next coat. I received far more than I expected from my request. The original installer of the mirror would not even touch the project.

I received multiple quotes from different contractors for the same Mitsubishi mini split system. American Cooling was the lowest price and we proceeded with the install. The installers were extremely professional keeping the mess to a minimum and ensuring that it was cleaned up after each days work. The install was completed in a day and a half and once complete they made sure we understood how the system operates. We had a minor issue with one of the wall thermostats and they came by the following day to resolve it. I also received a call from Dan just to ensure that I was happy with the work that was performed. Mel, in the office, is funny and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend speaking to them for your AC needs."

"From the outset Dustin was very attentive to what we wanted in our new bathroom. He sent Tom out to perform the demo and he was really great to work with. He sealed all of the doorways and took all of the debris out the door towards the pool. There was never an issue of dust or construction debris in the other parts of our home. Tom also performed all of the plumbing relocating and new drywall installation. The tile guys came in and were fast and also did a great job. Tom set the new plumbing fixtures and the last people were the glass enclosure people and everything fit perfectly. Dustin came to the jobsite every day and made sure that if we had any questions that he answered them and addressed any concerns that we (my wife) had.
