The second note of compliments go to Erica and Rick for the exemplary work they did last week when installing the new engine in our generator. They toiled for a number of hours in a very cramped place and showed unusual team spirit during that time. I marveled how cautious they were when disassembling the old engine, keeping copious track of every screw, bolt and nut they touched. When the job was completed, every screw, bolt and nut and been replaced in their original location.
