"After I signed the contract and gave my deposit, I had a hard time getting responses on details, i.e. when they were coming to measure, etc.  Calls would go unreturned.  A couple of times, workers showed up unannounced to measure.  This was very odd.  Ultimately, they did a good job installing the garage door and the shutters for the front door, and their price was good.

"I have been using Lee Lapid for almost a year in cleaning two vacation rental homes I own. I have found her and her staff to be very friendly and professional. The people she hires are interested in making certain you are satisfied with their work and ask for suggestions and feedback, often a rarity among employees. My homes are clean and welcoming for guests. Lee is reliable and flexible. She is easy to communicate with via text and email. I have been to each of my homes unannounced, as I wanted to see how the homes are left for guests, not just when and quot;the owner is comingand quot; and have not been disappointed. "Our wood floors have never looked better, and everything is because of the exquisite service of Martinez Wood Floors. When we called them to ask for an estimate, we were frustrated because we had already asked for several quotes and they were either very expensive or you could tell the contractor had no experience. But, when we talked to Mr. Martinez in person we knew that we had found the right person for the job. They sent out the estimate with the numbers that same day in the afternoon and began work two days after. Polite and honest employees, so you won't have to worry about who is working in your house. The owner always answered our calls and was very constant explaining every step of the process. When they were doing the bedrooms, they found that the basement floor was rotten, so we had to replace that whole room with new wood. They provided the wood floors for us at a great price, so they are also good on that. After approximately a week of work, everything was finished and omg, what a change. I never thought that the floors were going to come out that good; they did magic. Very much recommended for future hardwood flooring projects. Oh and they even left me a courtesy cleaning kit. They are the best!"

"I found Mr. Hershberger on angies list, after seachingh for a contractor to fix a supposed problem in my attic, according to homeowners insurance company. When I contacted him he was very helpful in answering all my questions and when he came out to my house to inspect the situation, he also called the windstorm inspection company on my behalf to get clarification . I ultimately hired him to install accordian hurricane shutters throughtout my home. His company did exellent work and I was 100% percent satisfied. I will definitely hire him again for other home improvements/ upgrades.
