"Carlyle Nation is a true perfectionist. We had new baseboards installed after getting new flooring and hired Mr. Nation to do the final painting. We also had him paint some door trims, the inside of our front door, and replace a section of crown molding. He did an excellent job on everything for a reasonable price, showing true attention to detail. He also works late to make sure that he gets the job done. We would definitely hire him again."

"AAA construction is the contractor we hired to remodel our house. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, essentially the entire interior of the home. From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none. We met with many contractors before we sat down with John to discuss our plans and before Dustin came to our house to start the remodel. I can honestly say that we were lucky in hiring them. These days it is difficult to find a skilled much less honest contractor to perform even simple jobs. When you add the knowledge and experience they have I believe it would be very difficult to match. Their work ethic is what some of us would refer to as old school. Again this is something you can appreciate after you meet with enough other companies and realize how many impostors there are in Dade County. With AAA you have a contractor with a college degree in this field. Do yourself a favor and in the very least contact them and discuss your plans. Feel free to contact me via email for a reference. "We just moved to Florida and bought a home. Not knowing anyone and hearing a lot of horror stories made us very skeptical in our 'interview' process of contractors. We met with roughly 6 companies and made the great decision to go with Premier. Mike and his crew were awesome from the get go. He was always proactive in his communication with us and was also very interested in feedback regarding his employees- who were all great by the way! We are very happy with the quality of work and the time they were able to accomplish it in. I would highly recommend using Premier General Contractors for any project! *Disregard the dirt in the front yard, this wasn't due to the construction of Premier it was from replacing a Septic tank."

We are a full service construction and remodeling company working from Big Pine Key down to Key West, FL. We also clear land and perform demolition services. Our family has been in Key West since the late 1890's and holds land and businesses as locals. We have been in the construction industry since 1979.

"Proceed with caution! Things started out fairly efficiently and then went downhill quickly. I had a small kitchen reno that shouldn't have taken more than a week to complete and 8 months later, it sat unfinished. There were some delays due to supply chain, however I would constantly have to chase to set up a time for the project to be worked on. Weeks would go by with no work done and when Tommie would come out, it was often at odd hours when he was rushed, performing sloppy work. I subsequently had to hire new people to complete the project (thanks, Angi!) who took over on wiring that had to be reworked, an outlet that was left non-functioning and was actually fixed by someone who took the time to repair it, and all of my tiling/drywall that was left incomplete by Tommie and his contractors. Furthermore, both my stove and countertop were broken during construction and I was never compensated for the cost to repair the counter and to buy a new stove which I ended up taking out of pocket. There may be bigger projects out there, but it is a fairly simple (decent) business practice to commit to working on something and to seeing it through to completion. What should have been an easy project left me living in a construction zone for over half a year."
