"Samuel is extremely competent, timely, responsive, and transparent. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."

"After being scammed out of $20,000 from the first contractor we hired, we were a little more than skeptical when we hired Wolfe Construction. However, Rob Wolfe earned our trust and respect by the quality of his workmanship and the professionalism of his employees and subcontractors he hires. Rob is a perfectionist and only wants the customer to get what they want. He doesn't take short cuts and neither does his employees. They worked deligently,were punctual, cleaned up after themselves, and were professional. He will finish on time and on budget (we went over the original contract budget because we kept adding things).We will use Wolfe Constriction for some other renovations that we need done .

"Carlyle Nation is a true perfectionist. We had new baseboards installed after getting new flooring and hired Mr. Nation to do the final painting. We also had him paint some door trims, the inside of our front door, and replace a section of crown molding. He did an excellent job on everything for a reasonable price, showing true attention to detail. He also works late to make sure that he gets the job done. We would definitely hire him again."
