"The service was top notch, above and beyond expectation. Ron came out to our home to take complete measurements. His work was well thought out, drawn out and specific. He sat down with us and went through each and every window and helped us understand what we had and what we would need. He gave us options and explained the costs for each. He then explained how we would need all the proper paperwork for permits which he was able to provide without any issues. He then told us exactly what the costs would be and how to break up payments. The day I went to submit the permit to begin the actual work, Ron was there with me to explain if need be to the city the scope of the work - again, give me confidence in the overall job and Ron's abilities. Ron proceeded to installing all the shutters in a matter of a couple days time and even came back for the day of actual inspection to walk around the house with the inspector for any questions he may have had. The inspection went so smooth since Ron's work is top notch. When the job was completed, we felt that everything was easy to use, and the installation was done properly. I would hire Hurricane Ron again without any hesitation and would recommend his services any time."
