Finished a long To Do list for me. Excellent communication regarding project expectations, time of arrival as well as progress. Willingly answers questions and explains what needs to be done. What was best for me is Semir’s ability to do many repairs in a sensible sequence without subcontractors. He also pays attention to details. His employees are great.
