After 3 days worth of locating and filling cracks & air pockets with their material, it appears that my basement no longer will see flooding every time it rains. They have been adamant about the quality of their product and have given me the piece of mind knowing that they will return as many times as needed in order to ensure that our problem will not return. He told me what the company would do and sent a contract to me which I signed. I was given a start date and it never changed. The work that was done by the team that arrived was what he said would happen. How incredibly refreshing that a company actually did what they say they would do in the timeframe that was set.
