"After two previous horrible construction jobs by other contractors I was a bit weary to start again - however I didn't need to be! John and his team were helpful, courteous and professional throughout. His team of employees are extremely nice, thorough, and very clean. Their work is top-notch. Some things that really stood out: Their amount of prep - making a complete wall of plastic from ceiling to floor (with a zipper through way) to ensure minimal dust traveling into the bedrooms; protecting the floors with Ram Board AND packing blankets to also help with debris; their willingness to work around my husband's 24 hours on call schedule without complaint; and the fact that every day when they left the work site was ridiculously clean for being mid project. All the people he worked with to install the big stuff (counters, glass shower enclosure) were also very courteous, patient, and willing to work with and listen to me. They also had to deal with the ridiculously tough and anal city who denied our permits 3 times wanting more and more details. Then there were somewhere between 8-11 inspections as the process was happening! That deserves a big applause. When something goes "wrong" they are very willing to work with you and not blame you which is a nice change in the construction world. Our biggest issue was with our shower floor (they resolved it even though it was a material issue and not labor issue) and a change in cabinet width (he fixed it with no additional charge to me) which is why there are no doors in the picture as they were being reordered. I also really appreciated how John recommended several places to use for getting the plumbing, lighting, tile and paint. We had good success and an easier time because of that. He also offered his expertise to other issues that we encountered - like when they had jack-hammered through the slab and found standing water underneath that was rushing in when it was storming - we now have gutters! Ways to easily fix other contractor's errors and suggestions for things that we may not think about (such as decor and such). Lastly I have to say how much I appreciate QUALITY cabinets! These things are so nice and smooth! And literally custom to the inch for us! I would confidently, and have, recommend this company to anyone."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
