"Unlike other proposals I received for our re-roofing project, the Capps Roofing price was inclusive of all potential unforeseen additional work such as wood replacement, fascia replacement, special carpentry and tying into existing porch roofs. We had existing skylights that needed to be addressed, the existing roof was 20+ years old, the new roof was metal, so the job was not simple. The price they quoted was in the ballpark of other quotes we received but the others spelled out limits on any extras and unforeseen conditions which is understandable.
