He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain and show me the problem. Problem is fixed and it is working great. I am a satisfied customer and will recommend them to others."

"Awful communication!!! I hired them about 6 months ago for "AC service". I have a 15 year old AC and wanted to know if it still had a couple years of life or if it needed to be replaced. I replace my air filter and clean the drain pipes every 6 weeks so it's fine from a general maintenance perspective. My wife setup the appointment because she got a referral from someone at her work. I tried calling them several times before the appointment to find out what I would be billed for. Nobody could tell me anything and they kept telling me they'd call me back. Well, nobody called me back and the appointment date came. I asked the tech what they were going to do and he said diagnostics and flush the lines. I thought that meant he was cleaning some lines inside the AC - NOT the drain pipes that I clean myself. Anyway, I got a bill later for cleaning the (already clean) drain pipes and replacing the filter (which I just did 2 weeks before). Had they communicated with me none of this would've been an issue. After several emails with them, they eventually reversed the bill. So about a month ago we decided to replace our AC and I made another huge mistake by giving them another chance. They replaced the AC and the new unit is 10x louder than our old unit. We could not sleep with this thing on. I tried calling them to see if there is something we can do about the noise but they never call back when they say they will. And worst of all, my walls and staircase have huge gouges in them from carrying the equipment up/down the stairs. They also ran the overflow switch wire in front of the filter door and told me that I need to remove the switch every time I replaced the filter. That really annoyed me. Why would anyone think that was acceptable???? I would not recommend them to anyone who expects at least minimal customer service. I hate giving bad reviews, but this really was a miserable experience dealing with these people."

"I did a lot of research before interviewing roofers. Florida Quality Roofing (FQR) was completely knowledgeable about the Certainteed Integrity Roofing System & the Owens Corning Total Protection Roofing System when I asked. FQR is certified by both manufacturers. These in-house designed products offer the highest warranties for shingle roofing systems. FQR has a great pre-construction communication process whereas there is nice sit down meeting with the owner, German, and the Project Manager to discuss the complete project from start to finish so the customer is fully informed about the process and preparations. FQR personnel went at my large roof early the first day and had the old roof completely removed and dried in on the first day. It was a long day. The Project Manager was on site all day, every day, except for a few material runs. FQR accomplished daily clean up work of removed roof materials and using large magnets to collect nails. FQR was completely responsive immediately to any questions I had or details I noticed. Except for two rainy days, FQR was on site working from start date to completion date. Final Inspection completed a couple days later. Pricing was good also. Not the lowest but also, not the most expensive. I definitely recommend Florida Quality Roofing. I did not record the total pricing in this review because pricing is completely based upon square footage and each roof is different."

"After a bit of a misunderstanding the owner Carl came and personally took care of our issue! Within one half hour he was here! Service like that is outstanding . I prefer always to support small business as I work for one in New Jersey and understand how important they are to the community! Please visit and use this company for all your screen needs! "Exterior painting was good. I hired this company for a repair and repaint interior. This was fair at best. There are paint saga and runs throughout the house on my woodwork that was to be repaired. After painting and complaining about my door casings I had to call miguel back for a sloppy job. Paint on all my door hardware and floor around all casings. Miguel became upset about this and walked away. Sent a painter to clean and touch up sloppy job( this took 4 hours!!) After all was done miguel hit me for another 2000 dollars this should have been covered in the original quote . This was unprofessional business and I will not recommend this company unless for exterior paint."

"We had windows installed in our condo and they were the absolute worst when it came to instalation! They had a crew that had no idea and little experience when it came to using the lift to our 4th floor unit. Besides that they installed several windows that leaked the first time it rained. Onecwindow had a crack, screen was torn and they drilled in the floor two holes for no reason. A real nightmare using this company!!"
