I was very pleased with the service and workmanship I received from Modern Stair. Michael was very professional and responsive throughout the process of choosing the materials and the installation of our railings. I would feel comfortable using them again and recommending their services for stair and railing projects.

I would like to start by saying that Mr. Michael and his team are absolutely the best. I got quotes from 8 different companies and although I did find cheaper pricing I decided to move forward with Mr. Michael because of his fast response, professionalism, communication, punctuality, and quality of work. His pricing was fair and the amount of value he delivered proves I made the right choice. I went with aluminum rails and wood handles. I placed my order March 2nd 2023; Mr. Michael came with an assistant took all the necessary measurements, and by March 14th his team installed everything (Way before the estimated time he had given 3-4 weeks) I had stressed how important I needed the rails before March 17th and he went above and beyond to make it possible. Installation took 2 hours and the area of work was left clean and organized. Thank you Modern stair & railing Corp. I will make sure to refer anyone I know!

Great customer service and workmanship! Michael and his team was professional, on time, and responsive, which is rare in South Florida. We needed new wood and iron railings for a 2 story split level home. The product and quality that we received was excellent and beyond what we imagined. From carpentry, to staining, to installation, excellent work! Would definitely recommend.

We are soooo happy, thankful and elated that we found Michael with Modern Stair and Railings!!! We had 3 big remodeling projects in our townhouse-3 flights of all new stairs, all new stainless steel railings and a new bedroom balcony. The finished products are truly gorgeous and sooo modern. But it’s not just about the finished product…to be able to have an amazing owner/contractor like Michael is a huge part of having your best final product. Michael made sure to always communicate, be on time, (along with his workers who were timely), be respectful, he offered stellar advice and he made sure that we were very happy with everything that was done. And if something needed to be fixed or adjusted, he made sure that it happened. We have encountered many contractors over the years and none of them can even come close to Michael. He is professional and a master at his craft. We’re in love with our remodeling and we highly recommend his company!!! In addition to the beautiful final products, he has some of the best prices in the industry. And his workers were always professional and respectful. Overall, did a great job with building a new set of stairs for us. I only have 2 issues that I wasn?t happy with. 1. the stair landing frame was missing for railing to be installed on top of. He advised it?s not needed but every person that came to give us a quote asked us to put wood there. We kept asking for it and he kept going in circles about us not needing it- when we do. We ended up buying the wood ourselves. 2. Communication via text were not prompt, I?m not saying you need to reply back within 5 mins but within that day or next is reasonable. We are your clients.

An amazing experience! I had no idea that when I asked for a near staircase that I was going to get a CUSTOM built staircase. This company actually has ARTIST working as carpenters. Each piece of my stair case was hand crafted and built specifically for my home. The team even took away the old staircase. All I can do is stare at my new stair and smile. 100% worth the investment. This company will transform your home and it is high quality. The stairs are the most sturdy part of my home and they repaired the wall that has to be opened to install the steel beam to reinforce the stair.

In Miami it is rare to find a company that shows up when they say they will and demonstrate such professionalism. I had the wall removed from my staircase and Michel installed wood and stainless banister. The difference it made it my house is astounding. I was not satisfied with the original wood stain and Michael immediately arranged for the painter to come back and fix it. Not questions asked. Again so professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This company did amazing work! I recommend them with no doubt in my mind that they will wow you!!! Michael was very easy to work with, I needed to have my old white stair case railings replaced with modern sleek ones. I had glass and stain less steel installed! WOW! He had an incredibly gorgeous selection and his prices were super reasonable. The quality of his work is astounding! I totally recommend this company!! They were on time or early!!! When does that happen in SoFlo? Lol! They were neat, polite, thorough and did detailed gorgeous work! Hire this company! You won’t be sorry!

Great team of professionals who are really experts at what they do.

Michael and his team truly exceeded our expectations. This man is a genius and a visionary artist. He created a masterpiece in an otherwise difficult space. Our stairs are a work of art, and I would recommend this company to everybody and anybody who wants custom stairs of the highest degree of craftsmanship and attention to detail. A++ acrosss the board.

Wow... super satisfied with the work on my stairrails.. must go to guy Michael Gonzalez was very helpful from the beginning. Help me with the price and very fast too had it done in no time ... I highly recommend them for any work that you need to be done.. had a couple of bad experience on HomeAdvisor some works are frauds on here but this one made up for it.. extremely happy with the results!!!!
