Tim and Ryan are fantastic. I honestly was dreading to get my roof done. They both made this experience easy and communicated every step of the way. The works are also amazing they worked long hours sometimes till 8pm. They made sure they cleaned up my whole property each night. I am nothing but impressed with the professionalism of this company and will be recommending them to everyone.

They were amazing start to finish. Kept me informed the whole way through with texts and pics of the process. I’m very happy with the the job and will recommend them anytime someone needs a roof!

Based on a recommendation from one of our neighbors, we contacted T Ryan Contracting, Inc. to replace our 20+ year-old roof. The whole process was smooth and we were surprised how fast and economical the job was done compared to other roof replacements we have researched. We now have a beautiful dark brown metal roof that matches the trim on our house. I would highly recommend Tim and Ryan for your roofing needs.

T Ryan Contracting just finished a complete reroofing project on our home and I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. From the first conversations with Ryan the experience was straight forward and indicative of an organization that operates in an honest and ethical way. Following the sales effort Tim put together an implementation plan that he was able to keep on track despite plenty of South Florida bad weather including two hurricanes. During the project Tim communicated the daily progress and next steps with me including pictures and videos which were very helpful. The finished roof looks great. I appreciate the great service and recommend them highly.

I dealt with both owner Tim and his son Ryan. They always returned any of my calls right away. I was informed what to expect each day of the job. Owner Tim was on site on a daily basis and kept me informed of what was going to be done. I had both my flat roof done as well as installing a metal roof on my house. Both Tim and Ryan were friendly. We had torrential rain for 4 days after the final inspection and no problems arose. Each day the site was cleared of any debris. I would recommend T. Ryan Contracting based on my experience. A foreman was also on the site each day.

We, I dont shop price, but T Ryan Contracting did quote us well below other local contractors. We chose T Ryan Contracting to do our roof because they made us just feel comfortable about doing business with them. A lot of communication and personal attention. Our house is an older one and required a lot of addional roofing related repair all of which we feel was done with quality at very fare pricing. We did an Aluminum roof comming from a dated barrel tile roof. The whole demolition and installation process including the additional repair took exactly 6 business days. Im going to tell you these folks never rested thay really work hard. Our new Aluminum roof looks great!!! No disapointments here :)

T Ryan Contracting did our new roof in Boca, and we couldn't be happier with how smoothly the process went, and the quality of the work. Tim and Ryan were very responsive and customer oriented, fast on execution and great on quality. Also, they have a very good knowledge of the permit process, which is a huge plus.

Appreciate the amazing work on my new metal roof. Ryan and Tim were always available to answer any questions and their team were very courteous. The whole process was very fast and efficient but most importantly compared to the other quotes we got they had the best price and performed quality work. I highly recommend them.

TRC communicated well throughout the entire process. Overall the add ons for fixing rotted wood was extremely fair and reasonable. Work was completed on time per the schedule. They took care of the entire permitting process and it went smoothly. I gave them 4.5 stars on quality as when I inspected on the roof, there were dings and dents as they roofers went very quickly. Can't see it from the ground so I can't really complain. Overall the project completed on time within budget and is a quality job. I would hire them again.

They walked us through every step of the way guiding us on what we have heard and what we actually need. They answered every question, took every call and email and never made us feel as though we were asking too many questions. Extremely satisfied. Tim kept in touch with scheduling, material delivery and installation. Everyone was polite, organized and efficient. Tim was on the roof routinely checking on progress. I had a metal roof prior to this and demolition left metal and nails. The crew were very careful about cleanup and installation. Finally, I have already recommended T Ryan to a friend and he is signed up to do his roof.

We had T Ryan install a new metal roof. I was extremely satisfied with everything they did. From the attention to detail, to the continual updates, to the personal touches to ensure that the job was done to our liking, T Ryan was wonderful. We asked 8 different roofing contractors for quotes and by far and away, T Ryan was the most affordable, the most professional and the most expeditious. They were an absolute pleasure to have on our property and I'm so happy we chose them. It's not a normal situation that contractors leave the property cleaner than they found it, but that was the case with T Ryan. If I could give 6 stars, I would!
