"Everyone on this team is a genuine delight to work with. Our consultation representative, Joe, spent the time needed to address all of my questions. His assessment of the project was spot on, and he explained the installation process and delivery expectations for our tub. We bought a home 30 years old with the worst Jacuzzi tub, and it had to go. Despite the fact that we weren't ready for a full remodel of the bathroom, Joe was easy going, warm and friendly about this decision, and was eager to assist support our decision with this small project. To be very honest - he treated me like a friend. (no cheesy sales pitch, just straight talk with kindness and a smile) Erica - what can I say - a sheer delight.
