"My Polaris needed to be repaired and my pool cleaning service recommended Pensacola Pools to me. Entering the store I was impressed. They have anything you could want or need there. The store is spotless. The people i dealt with were professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I dropped the unit off and had a "guesstimate" on what the repairs typically are. My unit needed more work than expected so they called me in advance to let me know and get a go-ahead. It was like a new unit when I got it back and has worked flawlessly for three months. I'm very impressed with the store, the people and the way they do business. Will definitely use them again."

Mike and his team, particularly Joe and Jeff are phenomenal to work with. Every person on their crew and the subs that they use for electrical, tiling, etc. are just as caring and hardworking as their leaders. Mike is on the job usually multiple times per day checking on the project, and as the owner, gives you a sense of relief that you know things are going right. Their time schedule has been right on (our project isn't yet finished, almost is), even with a few days worth of weather delays and cancellations. Every morning the crew is on time, if not early and if it starts raining, they'll wait out the rain and be right back on the job. If you're considering putting in a pool, I strongly encourage you to go with them. They're not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. Quality, honesty, strong work ethic from the leaders down and integrity. We are beyond thrilled with Gulf Breeze Pools & Spa!"
