"We've had Patrick at our home for several different projects. The first time he removed an old ceiling fan and installed a new fan in the bathroom. It went so well, that we had him move a ceiling fan from one room to another, then install a new ceiling fan in the dining room. We have an older home and he had to do more work than expected to install one of the fans. Even though it cost him more time than estimated, he stuck with his original price. A few months later he worked on an exterior door that we were having trouble closing and locking. Patrick replaced the hinges and squared up the opening. We were also going to replace the door knob but after he realigned the door, he found that there was no reason to. The last project we had him do was a small repair on the metal roof that came loose on one edge of the house. It's a 2 story house so for safety reasons we rented a lift and he had the repair done in a few hours. I will definitely hire Patrick again. "We called Mr. Marku about repairing a home attached shed that had seen better days. He quickly came out and discussed the project with us, took a few photographs and let us know how much the project would be. After my wife and I talked, we agreed this was a very fair price. A week later, Mr. Marku and his wife started on the project. At the end of the first day, we knew we had made a great decision on hiring Marku Construction. Throughout the 3 days they worked, they always provided excellent communication of how the project was going and what the next steps would be. They kept the work area clean when they left at the end of the day and put the small amount of debris out to the street. When the project was complete, we couldn’t believe our eyes. The ramshackle shed that was an embarrassment was now something we could be proud off. The job Marku did with the framing, siding, doors and painting made the shed a structure that can withstand the next 20 years and complement the rest of our home. My wife and I would hire Marku Construction again."
