"Estimate was fair and very thorough. However, I would recommend "worse case scenario" being spelled out for unlevel floors and minorl slab cracking in Florida (not structural).  Cost increased 30% to address defects and ensure 10 yr guarantee.  Worth it in the long run, but was a bit of sticker shock. 
Storefront on Blanding Blvd has large selection of high quality tiles and wood floors.  Selection was quite simple once eliminations were made.
Start date delayed to week after Thanksgiving with estimate of 1 week to complete.
Actual demolition took a bit longer because old tile was difficult to remove.  Entire project took 8 work days (Mon-Fri).
Each team supervisor was professional, communicated clearly with us throughout the phase of project and ensured site clean up at end of each day. 
Crew members were excellent.
Overall, am very pleased with the work. We love our new floors!
