Customers say: Quality work

"Larimore contacted me right away and was able to give me an estimate within an hour! I don't recall ever having such a quick response. We set up a date & time for the window cleaning. The price was fair and the work was done quickly and very well. I've now set up with them to come back and clean the Windows every three months."

"Technician on time // on the dot.. Gave the ducting thorough cleaning. Cleaned out the vent from the roof also. Replaced the taping where the venting joined together in the attic. Suggested that the duct be replaced at the time of the next cleaning. Tested the dryer to ensure that it was venting properly after the cleaning."

Cleaning questions, answered by experts

The most effective toilet tank cleaners include commercial cleaning products, but for DIY purposes, white vinegar is best. Vinegar can help kill bacteria and remove mineral buildup from your toilet tank, but it won’t harm the necessary bacteria in your septic tank as some commercial products can. For the best clean, hire a professional to choose the most aggressive cleaning product that’s still safe for your septic tank, or use white vinegar and a scrub brush to do the cleaning yourself.

Costs depend on fabric type, drape size, cleaning method, and whether additional services like pressing or deodorizing are included.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends using an EPA-registered disinfectant product to disinfect a house properly. If such a product isn't handy, a strong bleach solution can disinfect high-touch surfaces. Before hiring a professional, be sure to discuss the type of chemicals and disinfectants they plan to use to ensure they’re safe for household use.

While both jobs go hand-in-hand when decluttering your home, professional organizers and cleaners do different jobs. A professional organizer will look at the project and set up the space to maximize it with storage and functional efficiency. A cleaner might do some organizing in the home, but their main task is to make sure it remains clean and free of garbage. If you want to put everything in its place, hire an organizer. If you want sparkling floors and dust-free surfaces, hire a cleaner.

You should wash your sheets at least once every two weeks and as often as once every week to keep your sleeping environment healthy. If it’s hot out, or if you have a job where you might deposit dust onto your sheets from your work environment, you should wash your sheets more frequently.
