"This yard is in fantastic shape. there was one section in the backyard that was a little bit higher than the grass next to it that was not as full. I agreed to roll the property as soon as I had another job that required a roller. This was a patch job in multiple spots throughout the property. I returned several times to reduce the watering since the client was out of town and had eyes on the install. I'm happy to provide pictures"

"This job was a straight install job. In order to grade the area, the site should've been prepped with a sod cutter. The customer understood that and did not want to pay the renovation cost. Everything was fine when the job was completed and she was happy. Would've been happy to correct any issues at that time but was not made aware of any."

"This entire statement is false. I spent over 7 hours between visits and phone calls with the customer. We went through every possible plant combination as well as provided a FINAL drawing of the exact location of each plant. When the plants were delivered, the customer decided to change nearly EVERYTHING based off of our original design, including refusing to pay for the plants that were ordered originally and agreed upon. I paid for plants that weren't used and credited the customer back on the final bill. I was not at the job the entire time due to a chiropractic appointment and another quote the 2nd day but 3 employees were there for 2 day"

"The issues stated were all addressed the following Tuesday. A crew member spent several hours fine tuning all of the customers issues including the gate, etc. After checking with the homeowner following the corrections, we were given his approval and left. The same evening, he followed up requesting another visit for issues he was unable to state. I informed him that the job was completed and approved by him and that we would not be returning again as the problem was rectified. He is conveniently unable to be reached to pay the final bill"

"This job was completed to the exact specifications in the original estimate plus some. the project consisted of new sod in the bare dirt areas of the front yard, leaf cleanup from the giant oaks in the back, trimming bushes in front as well as adding additional plants. On the day the project was done, the customer requested additional trimming, removal of old irrigation pipe that was above ground already, and several other tasks that were initially discussed but not included in the price given. The requests were still met to satisfy the customer. A month later we returned to cut the new sod for the first cut as agreed upon. Another month goes"

"The job was quoted at 7 pallets. It was given based on dimensions given, prior to the completion of the garage addition. The area was larger than we were told to measure initially. The following week, 2 pallets were brought in to finish the remaining areas. I was on site myself on each occasion and there were no issues with the sod, nor was something mentioned to me about anything of concern. The sod is certified weed, pest, and disease-free upon delivery. If there were any issues in the quality of sod it would've been refused upon delivery, and a new batch requested. There has been no correspondence in the past 3 months since the job was comp."
