Repaired and replaced sprinkler system with sprinklers and drip irrigation for 3 trees. Removed approximately 6 inches of dirt and what was left of previous sod that was killed by chemicals theoretically supposed to promote grass growth and kill weeds(killed half weeds and all lawn... fired that company). Extended Lanai by approximately 150 sq feet. Planted 30 gallon Valencia Orange tree, 30 gallon Meyer Lemon tree, and 10 gallon Sweet Kumquat tree. Constructed 12 foot diameter circular area with 1 foot tall, 3 foot diameter fire pit in center. Laid circular area with gravel and liner to keep gravel mostly in fire pit area. Laid new sod. 2 week project due to cold snap that caused a wait for sod to come back to life. Would normally have been 1.5 weeks."
