We had 21 windows replace by Armorvue last year and we were very impressed by the quality of the product and quality of the install by Chris. The Inspector said it was one of the best installs he had seen. We reached out to them again and had them replace our sliding Patio door this year and again absolutely no complaints. There are a lot of Window companies we considered in Orlando but these folks care about customer service and quality of work. They were recommended to me by the manufacturer EAS in Florida where the windows are made.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Jerry, my salesman was great, everything he said was the truth. The office staff were awesome and very helpful. The installation crew was incredible under Alex guidance. Product quality is excellent for both the doors and windows. They were very neat with the demolition and installation. They cleaned up when they were finished and took all debris, they were awesome. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you...!

Everything about our experience with Armorvue was excellent. The estimate meeting was scheduled by Allysen and Shannon. We spent 2 hours with our sales rep Ryan who gave us helpful options for both creating what we wanted in our home as well as cost effective choices. We were replacing 31 windows and 5 doors which was a huge project. We met with 2 other well-known company reps and we did research on all 3. I would recommend a meeting with Ryan Kim before choosing any other company. The installation crew was in our home for 6 days. We had JR. Seixas, Fabio Severo, Eder, and Marcelo. After the 1st day I had zero concerns about them being in our home. As my Husband and I both work we were only there for part of the installation. They were respectful of our home and our 2 big dogs. They were on time, meticulous, hardworking, and careful to do the job properly. This team also worked well together to expedite their work. They explained the entire process daily so we knew what to expect. After the inspection we had Ron and George for the "clean up" to sign off on this project. We love our new windows and doors and the protection we now have for our home with Armorvue's lifetime warranty. We highly recommend this company, their staff, salesperson, and installation crew to everyone. Thanks for the opportunity to share our review.

I highly recommend this company for the installation of my project on the windows and door. The presentation was explained in great detail. The installers were very knowledgeable and detailed and the workmanship was excellent. I recommend their sliding doors

Customer service was excellent very professional from front office to installers . Rick is good sales person CJ was great. Marcelo and Jr were great installers everything was done in detail good quality work. Explained everything well. Replaced 16 windows and 2 sliding doors last November. The installers were great, very professional. The window quality is excellent. We do, however, find it curious that after spending over $19K that there has been no follow up from the salesman or other company representative regarding our customer satisfaction. No thank you, no satisfaction survey...nothing. Call me old fashioned but how hard is it to send some sort of TY?

Great demo of product, great price, set good timing estimates, and weâ re able to schedule installation within a week of getting product in stock. Work crew were great... finished 14 windows in two days. Love the finished product!

3-5 New Window Installation
Worker removed vertical blinds from window which I had planned to rehang. Work was done on Friday, May 1. On Monday, May 4 my blind man came to measure the dome and he attempted to hang the blinds but could not find "brackets". I called and asked them to check with the crew about the brackets. No one called me back. I called three times and was told that they crew person did not answer their request. On the last call I made I was told that the crew checked and could find no brackets. Hence, I am paying $115. for a new curtain rod. I don't know what happened but I certainly did not feel that I was treated as a special/worthwhile customer. At least they could have returned my telephone calls in a timely manner. AS for the window,it looks good and has improved the air quality in this room. However, there was damage done to the newly painted window frame which my painter did repair. He was upset with the grout you put around the window, said it was very rough and should have been smoothed down as you applied it. There is also a small nick in the inside window sill which someone should come by and fix.
