After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light. It turned out that we not only had more than one leak in the spa jet lines but there was also a leak in the spa drain. Manny did a great job of explaining how to monitor the pool to confirm that the leaking had been fixed. He gave me his card and assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could call him back. The guys from Pioneer showed up on time and waited 15 minutes for me while I was finishing up my morning errands thinking they would be late like plumbers in the past. Luis R. and his partner did great work and they answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I googled everything they said on my cell phone. The cost was a little more than I initially thought it would be but they explained that this was because I did not have a clean out. Now my toilet and shower are draining fine after they unclogged the drain through the roof vent and all this was done in under an hour so I could still get ready for work on time.
