"Started out fine. Then, as I understood we agreed on for job from our discussion, did not do complete job did not do all trimming as agreed to do. Did not do a good final clean up of loose leaf debris before leaving. He was in a hurry to finish next day as rain had shortened the previous day's work time. Main suggestion if plan to use this company - get an "exact, complete written" description of what is included in the job. If you don't expect to have less of the job you thought you would get and added charges when you ask him to complete the job you thought you agreed to. Best to avoid disagreement in the end."
