"I decided it was time to re-do my old, outdated, ugly master bathroom. I initially thought I would try to save money and hire a DIY/one-man fixer upper, but soon realized that was taking up too much of my time and I could never find anyone dependable. I did some research and found S&W Kitchens (Longwood showroom). I liked that they were family owned and had been around for a long time. My first encounter was with Amy who would be my design lead. Our first meeting was to talk about the whole process of what and how working with S&W Kitchens would entail. She was very thorough and made things very easy to understand. Once we got through that stage, meetings were set up discuss my vision of what the bathroom would look like. I did have several photos and a concept of what I was wanting to do which did help in that process, as well as helpful suggestions from Amy. Once everything was decided, Amy did a fantastic job in every aspect of putting together the materials that were needed to begin the job and following through to completion. My next point of contact was with Adam who was the construction supervisor. He arranged and scheduled the various trade subcontractors and always kept in touch with me on who would be showing up and when. If I had any issues during the renovation Adam was there to answer any questions, fix any problems, and make sure I was pleased with how things were going. I now have a beautiful bathroom and I couldn’t be more happy. S&W does it ALL and I would highly recommend their company for any of your renovation needs. Anne R. 5/20/25"

"G&J Pool Remodeling, Inc. recently did an entire pool restoration for me and it was a positive experience. Jack (the owner) was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, and an active hands-on part of the restoration project. As we all know, the cost of renovation is a large investment and G&J did a great job. They replaced and repaired my entire pool system that included deck resurfacing and painting, widening the deck drain, then provided a professional hurricane shutter contractor to replace/realign the shutter tracks. The pool repairs included resurfacing, painting, repairing, sealing, and replacing worn parts. They also replaced the external adjustable valves and all the pool electronics including the pool pump and heater, upgraded the control system with new electronics, and replaced the wireless remote control. Jack was in frequent contact with me during the entire renovation giving me updates as the work progressed and was available via phone the entire time responding quickly to my calls with questions and suggestions. He was actively involved with the process from both a managerial and the physical electronics and plumbing work throughout. The workers were friendly, helpful, and professional. "JSS Green Planet does excellent work. For us they tore out a wall fireplace, replaced it with a sliding glass patio door, added an 8' by 2' hurricane glass window high above the sliding door, redid a deck in synthetic planks, tiled a screen porch, installed LVP flooring throughout, painted interior walls and trim, redid a bathroom and redid lighting in kitchen, loft , bedroom and living areas with dimmable LED puck lights. Very professional and we love the results. Jordan's plans and estimates were right-on, Scott's construction was top notch and Jennifer's advice was priceless. We highly recommend them."

"Housmans Aluminum is fundamentally dishonest. They provided me with a quote for a screen room and assured me that it would be no issue to proceed. I even made a roof alteration that cost over $2,500. After collecting my deposit, they attempted to obtain the necessary permit, but the city rejected the project due to setback regulations. Consequently, we could not proceed, yet Housmans Aluminum declined to refund my deposit. Very dishonest!"

"I did not get the same level of satisfaction from this contractor as the photos in these reviews reflect. This contractor performed unlicensed and unpermitted electrical and plumbing work, rerouting a drain line through a stair stringer, causing structural damage. The electrical was done using the incorrect gauge of Romex wire and the outlets were subpar per the electrician I hired to give me an estimate to repair. Electrical was run on top of studs and no kick plates where electrical was notched into the studs. All of this was covered up behind their drywall patches. I now have to have my entire kitchen rewired due to these damages at my expense. The drywall patches were made with tape and then textured over, no floating of the drywall joints and he wanted to charge me extra for that. Cabinets were assembled with gaps and crooked drawers. When called out on the unlicensed work he lawyered up. I'd think twice about using this contractor. Trying to get my money refunded."
