But for some rotted out fascia where my screen enclosure meets the house, Edificium would have completed the re-roof in one day! As it turned out they completed the tear-off of the old roof and had us dried in in less that 9 hours. Today - six days later - they completed the repair of the fascia which not an easy task. The crew did a fantastic job and tomorrow the roof replacement will be completed. Special thanks to David who provided the estimate and to Ed, the owner who met with me personally to discuss the repairs. Mike's installers, Steve and Steve Jr., were able to repair the work that was improperly performed, and did an incredible job completing the work. They were extremely careful and clean, which was a plus since the tenant is meticulously clean, and the previous hire left quite a mess.     Whenever I called, Cathy answered or called me back IMMEDIATELY. She gave me the price quote on the phone for removing the old finish and then applying the new finish. (She would like it if you removed the old finish, but she was more than happy to do it if you wanted) We set up a day and time and she was very punctual and professional. She was very honest that if you give her a couple of hours to get the job done it was price X - and if you wanted to help it was X + 50. She tells you this with a big smile. Thus you are incentivized to let her get it done. Because it involves a couple of nasty chemicals, she has to take a couple of breaks, but nonetheless from the time she showed up until she left and the job was 100% done in less than 3 hours. The new finish looks great and is holding up VERY well. She did a great job and was very nice. I highly recommend her read less

    Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful.     The job is incomplete. It was scheduled to be completed in one day. The office called the morning of the job and said their were vehicle issues and they would be delayed. When they arrived an hour late I was told the guy who was supposed to do the tile and caulking work was not coming and I would have to reschedule. they tried to collect for the entire job but I did give them a check for work performed. They told me their technician would be there the next day. I canceled my day to stay home again. At 9:00 AM the next day I got a call that the technician had a migraine and was not coming. I cancelled payment on the check because my invoice says Payment will be made upon completion. The owner called and gave me an ultimatum to refund the partial payment AND they will be there Friday to complete the work if I do so. This after I told him my only availability this week was Thursday morning. This after I sat home two days for him. Even tried to blame it on COVID. I have a contract that calls for completion of work for payment, not partial payments in stages. Window is closing to complete this work read less

    Last month I had a shower remodel done by Bath Fitter. Due to improper installation the walls in my home started to flood with water after using the shower. I filed a claim with my insurance company and the shower floor pan was the source of the problem. Prior to BF coming to my house my shower was problem free. An inspection was conducted by my insurance company to duplicate the problem and once again water was coming out of my walls and into the adjacent rooms. Bath Fitter sent the technician out to finish the job and seal the drain. Since then we have had no more leaks. HOWEVER they repeatedly over the phone and on social media claim they are not responsible and are refusing to pay my deductible for the thousands of dollars of damage caused from the water leak they created. Since no is returning my calls and they refuse to do the right thing my next step is to seek legal action and educate all of central Florida about the bad business practices Bath Fitter provides read less
