When disaster struck not only did i need a clean up i needed compassionate direction in terms of how to undertake the process as a whole. I felt like my beautiful homeâ had diedâ . Cindi Mason, the owner of United Restoration Inc and her office ManGer Ian were so available!! And after work hours. I was overwhelmed. In addition to water the damage my entire first floor required mold remediation. Cindiâ s team took photos throughout the process. They helped me with the last lap of emptying myâ stuffâ before the work began. Their documentation was highly detailed. The insurance company was able to use her invoice to review my request for reimbursement. Cindi communicated with the Mold Assessor. For the extendive work that was being done her price was half of what another Remediator wanted to charge me. Highly ethical she redirected me to the assessor when I had questions that she felt were not in her scope for guidance. My hand was kindly and professionally held, the job was so well done. Her paperwork was impeccable and timing was accommodating. My disaster has been a painful and disruptive ordeal. If home disaster management can be done compassionately United Restoration was exemplary.

United Restoration performed mold remediation, including walls, water-damaged wood floors, and the removal of water-damaged bathroom tiles from our 1953-era apartment. Their team worked in our home with efficiency, courtesy, personal attention, and most importantly great expertise. All of their staff were so easy to work with. We felt totally comfortable having them work independently in our home because they demonstrated their reliability well before the actual work date. We would recommend them to our friends and neighbors based on their reliability, ability to deliver services on time -- and their excellent remediation work offered at competitive rates. Out of a possible 10, we give United Restoration 10+. We had an emergency situation of a sewage leak in the basement. United Restoration Services was very quick to respond and remediated the problem expertly and efficiently. We would highly recommend this company. They were very professional and helpful

United Restoration performed the demolition and mitigation work on my home after Hurricane Ida. Cindi and her crew were so professional, timely, clean, and helpful. Having their guidance and work during a tough time was so beneficial, and I will definitely be using them again just hopefully under different circumstances! Miscommunication between supervisor and actual crew who came to do the job. I had asked for water removal and carpet restoration. The crew came without water removal equipment and expected to simply remove my carpet. They ended up removing the padding, which was necessary anyway, and using MY wet-vac to get as much water out of the carpet as possible. Someone else came the next day with fans to dry it out and it turned out OK. Wouldn't call them again, though.
