"When the job was finished, i did not have the opportunity to inspect the shower nor receive the brochure on the Delta Showerhead. I requested several times so as to familiar myself in using the Showerhead to the maximum potential. I also noted that I needed a technician as there were leaks at the joint to the wall and the showerhead. Instead of Mario , an associate came to the apartment to repair and fix the showerhead. I understand that this was part of the initial installation and I am not complaining. I am just stating the process.
