"We had extensive subsidence on our driveway and several slabs had cracks. The estimator came on time, was professional, described the process, made appropriate measurements, took photos and promised an estimate by email. The estimate arrived 48 hours later and was right in line with others we received but much less than re-pouring the driveway. We approved the job and set a date for it's initiation in about one weeks time. They showed up right on time and commenced work. What was thought to be a 3-4 hour job eventually took 8 hours. No complaints from the contractor. The driveway was level, not perfect, but better than I had hoped for. I ground the uneven cracks myself and filled them with fast-set concrete. The driveway looks almost like new. We're happy so far. Time will tell how permanent the fix is."

"Jaime at J. Z. Star Flooring did a remarkable job on a very difficult floor. They sealed our concrete to protect it from moisture and laid a beautiful large porcelain tile throughout the entire house including all closets, laundry as well as the kitchen. They immediately fixed any imperfections we came up with. The workers were courteous, punctual and cleaned up every evening before leaving. It was a pleasure to watch professionals at work."

"The job went off without a hitch. He got it all done despite having to deal with some afternoon rain showers. My wife can spot something that is not level from across the room was thrilled with all the work. We are both very happy with the results and love our new laundry room.

"We live on a waterway so our backyard is not very large for building structures, but we had this company come out to build a screen room and the bar b que, but Kris showed us an outdoor kitchen with a dining bar that he had build for some other folks we really liked the idea and had room for one and we are happy. Good job great result. 5*******"

"Dan is the definition of a professional contractor / handy man and I was very happy with the end result. I had a very unique situation where the previous owners of my condo had a huge 9 foot Murphy bed / cabinets custom installed and mounted on a living room wall. It was bolted to the wall in dozens of different places and was even glued to the wall in some areas as well. With it's huge size, the only way to get it through the front door was to take it down in pieces. However, Dan was up to the challenge and somehow managed to remove everything faster than I expected. Dan arrived exactly on time and came well prepared as he brought every tool imaginable, including a saw as he had to cut this huge wall mounted Murphy bed / shelves into pieces to get it through the front door. With decades of experience, Dan is clearly a seasoned professional and I was not surprised by his superior level of service given all the 5 start reviews I read on Angie's list before hiring him. He always quick to make recommendations and point out things I wasn't aware of throughout the entire process and he was very respectful about not damaging anything / cleaning up. On top of that, his price was incredibly reasonable for the level of services performed as it was priced very competitively compared to 2-3 other estimates I received. Unlike other contractors that simply "make up" a price for the "estimate", Dan charges by the hour, ensuring the arrangement is most fair for both sides. I only pay for the true # of hours it takes to complete the job and the contractor has more incentive to produce higher quality workmanship since he knows he's getting his full hourly rate. Bottom line, Dan showed up exactly when promised, he did exactly what we agreed upon and his fair pricing structure is simply unbeatable for the end result quality. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a reputable contractor as his proven track record on Angie's list is the result of hundreds of satisfied customers like myself.

"Just wanted to thank the guys at Art Kitchen and Bath for the awesome work they did to my bathroom. I also would like to thank them for the level of cleanliness and time taken keeping as much dust away from other rooms considering we basically ripped the previous bathroom to bare wood. I highly recommend and thanks again!!"

"Kendall was terrific. He was quick to response to our request to repair and close up an exterior concrete block hole caused by plumbers repairing a water leak. The service, work and customer service were great and quick (approaching hurricane) with a fair price being charged. Highly recommended - Brendan of Boynton Beach"
